Chef Charlie lives by the creed "eat, drink, and be merry." For the past 25 years, he has embodied this ideal as a chef, providing eclectically inspired food and drink in an atmosphere of music and fun. A former private chef and personal chef to the Grateful Dead, Charlie is perhaps best known as, “the chef who fed Google.” Chef Charlie will be joined on Jam Cruise by Squash Blossom Chef, Joanna McCarver.

Chef Michael Saperstein brought his culinary knowledge & skills to Florida from his hometown Baltimore. Mike and his business partner, Evan David, formed E&M Munchies with a mission to create “slow food, fast". His diverse projects include Charm City Burger, El Jeffe Luchador “Hardcore Mexican Street Food”, The Rebel House, and Sunshine Provisions. After being featured on both the Food Channel and The Cooking Channel, he’s ready to present his “seasonal fare” to Jam Cruise!

Texas Natives turned Atlanta transplants Jonathan and Justin Fox have been serving up world-class BBQ at their Fox Bros Bar-B-Q establishment since 2007. Having garnered acclaim from outlets such as Southern Living, Huffpost Taste, USA Today Travel, and many others including ABC News who listed their restaurant as a “top 10 Most Popular BBQ joint” in 2013, the twin brothers are ready to bring their classic and innovative recipes to Jam Cruise 14. Expect Southern classics with a Texas twist!

Coming from California, Merlin attended culinary school before working with many notable chefs including Graham Elliot in Chicago. Merlin’s passion for live music can be seen in his food through local ingredients, pops of color and various notes of texture. Merlin has cooked back stage for bands such as Foo Fighters, Eminem, Muse, Mumford and Sons, Soundgarden, Metallica and also plays a key role in organizing chow town for Lollapalooza.

Jerrmy Gawthrop and old friend Clayton Suttle opened Greenhouse Grille in 2006 and it instantly became a Fayetteville, Arkansas favorite. In recent years, Gawthrop also opened Wood Stone Craft Pizza and Cardamom & Curry Indian Eatery. With a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a sustainable business approach, Chef Gawthrop and his team create conscious cuisine one plate at a time. His passions also lie in music as he helped to found the Fayetteville Roots Festival, a multiple day urban based food and music festival
